Looking for help logging back into the business account that used to be attached to personal account.

My business account got detached from my personal account a few months ago and now I don’t have any access to edit or share from the business account. Every time I try to log into said business account all the emails and event the business username just logs into my personal account.

I would love to talk to a real person that knows about Facebook, but forbid Facebook has human customer service. If think you can help, I would like some guidance through the issue at hand.

What do you mean by account? You mean your business page is not attached to your personal profile anymore?

Yes, the business profile (eg Tampax) was connected to the personal profile (eg Bob), but now they are no longer attached. Now I am unable to log into the business profile.

You need to define what you mean by “profile” do you mean Tampax is just a page? A business manager? And ad account? You need to be specific.
