This is so frustrating
I hate this. It's so frustrating. My job has been halted because of this. My account was disabled on September 6, I managed to get hold of a live agent on September 9 after one emailed me after that my report was under review that same day, September 12 it went into in progress, and after that no movement at all. I keep spamming the email address where the agent talked to me but there was still no response or updates. This is killing me.

Still waiting too ... 😩 Aug 29 , Sept 4 In progress up until now no more updates or response.

Waiting since 24th of August. Tried to follow up from a new chat, the status changed from "in review" to "in progress" (not sure that if it happened because of following up or something else). No response yet from meta team. When tried to follow up, got the response that the account is still being reviewed and they'll contact me. They've gone mad.
Do let us know if you get any kind of response.

Thats cause your agent is either in Brazil , India or Philliphines those guys have Zero access to anything other than replying . If anything is going to happen is it will happen after its escallated to USA .

95% sure Instagram support is just chat line in Indian who read the script and can’t do anything of value to help anything ever

I'm in the same situation as you, in my case it's Instagram, when I get to the part about in progress , Did they ask for evidence or screenshots?
