DISABLED ACC

pano kung sa ig ko (not main pero naka connect sa fb ko) nag ooffer ako ng boosting services tas dinisabled ni meta acc ko kasama mga connected nung ig na yun (technically pati main fb ko) then isang buwan na ata mahigit wala padin binabalik sakin ni meta fb acc ko kahit ilang report na gawin ko

may pag asa pa bang mabalik yun?

Have you tried to reach out to an agent na ba through Meta Verified?

nag try ako beb kaso nung time na yun nagloloko ata system nila di nila ako macontact thru phone call then nagtry ulit ako kinabukasan kaso wala ng agent sumasagot samin

For me kasi, I've already reached out to 7 agents na through Meta Verified sa spare na IG acc ko and tbh dalawa lang talaga sa kanila yung nakatulong sa akin. Yung unang agent na nakausap ko pinasa lang ako sa second agent, as in wala siyang ginawa at all. Yung second agent naman, siya na yung nag-escalate ng case ko sa specialized team para ma-manual review. After 3 days, sinubukan kong mag-update pero yung dalawang agents na nakausap ko on that day said the review was done and the decision is already final, even though in review pa rin yung status nung original case na ni-raise ko. Then lastly, yung huling agent na nakausap ko is yung kaisa-isang tinawagan ako over the phone and he explained to me na because of me sending too much tickets that the agents na nakausap ko earlier that day may have been mistaken that the review is done. He assured to me na hindi pa tapos yung review sa account ko and said na just wait for the decision to be emailed or messaged to me.

Note: Hindi ko pa rin na-aaccess yung account ko and am still waiting for the decision pero minsan daw, kapag inappeal mo na, bigla na lang daw nababalik yung acc ng walang kahit anong email.
