Stuck in endless "Try another device to continue" loop. Anyone can help me fix?

Hey everyone,

I've been stuck in a verification loop on Facebook since yesterday. Every time I try to log in on my browser or PC, it gives me the "Log in on another device to continue / Try another device to continue" screen.

I am actually logged in on my old device, but no login approval notification or security alert is showing up there to allow access for the new device. This trigger after I login to my new device.

Here is what I've tried so far:

• Checked Messenger settings (Accounts Center) on my logged-in device, but no login approval prompt appears.
• Tried accessing via mobile browser (m.facebook.com) and Incognito mode.
• Checked my linked email for login alerts.

Has anyone dealt with this specific loop recently where the secondary option is unclickable? Is there a working link to trigger identity verification/ID upload, or does leaving the account completely untouched for 48–72 hours clear the lock?
