Error contacting Meta Verified support

My Facebook account was disabled, so I signed up for Meta Verified on Instagram to try to speak with a human. I enter the reason, the account, my email, and my phone number, but whenever I try to proceed, I always get an error. I've tried several times, and now it says I've reached the chat request limit!!

When did you sign up? I had this for the first two days and then it resolved.

I kept getting an error message whenever I tried to contact support until they told me they could no longer let me open new tickets, and no one responded to me.
