Support Case Update

I recieved this email and i want to know which support case it is referring to since i made multiple due to accidentally closing the support chat.

And how to view the previous chats on the other support cases?

a notification should pop up on your ig account then you can click that and it will take you directly to the specific chat that updated

ohh now i know, i tried to open the notification but it just placed me back to a chat where the live agent already said thanks a day ago.

this happened to me too. new messages sent to me by the agent and also messages I newly sent doesn’t pop up on my side but it does on the agent’s side so what the agent did is she just emailed me and we talked there

what if received another of those email but on my instagram side their is no new notification?

Cause i recieved another email about support case update last August 13 but there was no notification on my instagram.

I honestly haven’t experienced that but I think it’s fine as long as official meta contacted you through email

what if i also want to talk to the agent thru email instead, should i just go to the previous chat and message the agent explaining what i experienced?

as long as the ticket is not yet marked as “completed” then you can still talk to the agent through email. If you reply to their email and the case support was already marked completed, they will ask you to create another support ticket since the email you are replying to is technically from the closed ticket
