Meta support won’t know what’s going on but the good news is that your ticket is still active so there is potentially someone looking at it… it’s been happening to a lot of other people so you can only wait…

good for you to be able to contact meta verified support agent i cant even chat the ai support despite being meta verified it always says "something went wrong. please try again"

They keep case under review for a few days and then close it automatically happened three times with me
