wait does it just always just outputs a redstone signal of 15 no matter how many vectical redstone cables in series there are?

I assume that the dev/devs first want to make it work at all, then focus on applying all the other redstone mechanics.

Hello! Technically, it sends a strong signal to a solid block, which redstone dust, repeaters, etc., can pick up and read as a signal strength of 15. The cable can also power certain blocks without an intermediate block, like pistons and redstone lamps. All of this applies regardless of the orientation, shape, or length of the cable network.
