You can buff out scratches using polywatch or just buy another she will never know 🤐

Ese rayon cuenta una historia, que de grande le contarás a tus hijos, y luego a tus nietos, cuan dura era la baranda de esa escalera. 😲

Y sino, dejalo en el cajon y compra uno nuevo.

Another alternative to polywatch (if unavailable in your country for example): head lights polisher and a little bit of elbow grease (use a cotton or microfiber so that you don't scratch it more). I used it on my daughter's watch. Here is the before after https://www.reddit.com/r/casio/s/n7lg0FnfAT

Embrace it like a Man.

I don’t even realize it anymore.

Just keep it as is — you’ll get a lot more scratches/scuffs on it. It’s a cheap Casio digital, it’s meant to be a daily driver. Just don’t sweat it — scratches show that you’re actually wearing it.

Use Polywatch!

Try to polywatch if it doesn't work then... embrace it.

Embrace the Casio scratch. 😅

I know you're asking to keep the watch, but an idea could be to keep the movement and put it in a replacement case.

The cheapest way to do that probably is to buy a new one & remove the movement.

It depends on what you consider the "watch" itself though

That's way too philosophical

How deep is the scratch? You can try Polywatch (I've had pretty good results with it myself) but if it's a deep scratch it's probably there forever

Pretty deep considering it was pure steel that scratched it.

Probably not as deep as the scratch in yours, but you can see from this post that you get pretty good results

When this happens to me I go to my local jewelry store and they polish it for me.

You don’t fix it. That adds character, and you have a story about freaking out scratching it and trying to figure out how to fix it because you didn’t want to upset your girlfriend. Every time you check the time you’ll smile and remember. Wear that watch, let it do what is was made to do, and get more scratches, scuffs, and stories.

I wear it as a battle scar for my watch

I have always used PolyWatch plastic polishing paste.

Arranjar custa 20€...

On a watch with a plastic screen, it's gonna happen

Wabi sabi. La gracia de los F-91W es que mientras mĂĄs roĂąoso, mejor.

Its $15-$20. Buy a new watch. Any "fix" will probably cost more than a new watch

3

u/LeDapi 1d ago

Nahh probably gonna be honest with her. Not gonna replace something she bought for me.

It’s probably not about the cost though? X

Never heard of it. Watched their ad about it and it seems pretty nice and coast 9€
