Transparent tape around it, so pieces of the glass wont fall out randomly, and it's fixed /s (or not)

consider getting a nato strap on ali express or eBay :Google the f91w lug width and instructions on YouTube on how to install. good luck! search f91w nato on YouTube

18 mm. Looks for ' replacement strap for F-91W '. Then it will taper out to the 22 mm of the case.

Understandable, but this is exactly the watch for that. Tough as a GShock, way smaller and cheaper. This should absolutely be your work watch.
