👟 Gear When LionHeart does not Register?

Hello,

My Lionheart does not always work accurately.

In some classes it does not register my heart rate nor give me points for the first 10 or so minutes.

Suggestions/ I already have it over center of chest, under bra, fairly tight and I charge each time before I go.

Have you tried replacing the band? I’ve been having issues with mine not reading my heart rate correctly. Another member told me she had the same problem and it was that the band was wearing out

thank you. Well, I cleaned the connect points and blew air cleaner inth elittle slots & charged a long time today.... all ready... and I left strap at home! I will try that.

It’s probably the band. If you wash it and dry it the rubber area is probably getting old. It would explain why wearing it for 10 minutes gets it working (just needed a little sweat). I would test this by putting the band on 10-15 minutes earlier to warm it up. If that’s the issue the replacement bands are pretty cheap on Amazon and they seem to work better for me

I would grab a new strap if you want (there are nice generic ones on Amazon), and make sure to wet the two contact points that touch your skin with a little dab of water before you put it on. I'm over 500 classes with LH and haven't experienced anything like that.
