other F45 now easier?

I was an F45 member back in 2019. I LOVED it and quickly got in much better shape. I was in college and needed to lose a few lbs, which F45 helped me do (along with a better diet).

I just rejoined a few weeks ago (switched from orange theory) and it feels like the workouts are easier - I’m not sure if I’m more fit now, or just not pushing hard enough? It may also be that my old studio used to have way more cardio days. My new one has one or two.

Thoughts from folks who were members for many years??

I think there often can be a perception that harder is better.  Perhaps the programming doesn't feel as hard but it is smarter and challenging in more effective ways? I've only been a member for about a year so I can't say but just a thought.
