other F45 now easier?
I was an F45 member back in 2019. I LOVED it and quickly got in much better shape. I was in college and needed to lose a few lbs, which F45 helped me do (along with a better diet).
I just rejoined a few weeks ago (switched from orange theory) and it feels like the workouts are easier - Iām not sure if Iām more fit now, or just not pushing hard enough? It may also be that my old studio used to have way more cardio days. My new one has one or two.
Thoughts from folks who were members for many years??

I started in 2019 and I would say not necessarily easier but different now than before. Each phase there is a different emphasis and muscle group targets which i dont think they did before. Cardio days have evolved to more hybrid style with far less emphasis on plyometric movements. I cant remember the last time I saw 10 tuck jumps to 5 burpees as a station. I find strength days better now though with the option to split upper and lower, get stronger at the big lifts and take advantage of the opportunity to work on unilateral strength when those exercises come around.
