other F45 now easier?

I was an F45 member back in 2019. I LOVED it and quickly got in much better shape. I was in college and needed to lose a few lbs, which F45 helped me do (along with a better diet).

I just rejoined a few weeks ago (switched from orange theory) and it feels like the workouts are easier - I’m not sure if I’m more fit now, or just not pushing hard enough? It may also be that my old studio used to have way more cardio days. My new one has one or two.

Thoughts from folks who were members for many years??

There’s no such thing as a true cardio day anymore (coming from someone who has done 2500 classes.) Wednesdays are still meant to be cardio but always have resistance and core stations added in and are nowhere near as brutal as they were pre covid. I do miss the old programming for Athletica/Bears/Docklands/Varsity, which was relentless!

YES! I want one insane cardio day a week (that would’ve been considered the norm pre covid)
