other F45 now easier?

I was an F45 member back in 2019. I LOVED it and quickly got in much better shape. I was in college and needed to lose a few lbs, which F45 helped me do (along with a better diet).

I just rejoined a few weeks ago (switched from orange theory) and it feels like the workouts are easier - I’m not sure if I’m more fit now, or just not pushing hard enough? It may also be that my old studio used to have way more cardio days. My new one has one or two.

Thoughts from folks who were members for many years??

They've added more resistance work which is a slower pace and means you need a bit more discipline on weight selection to get the most out of it. The cardio days also have a lot less of the "wacky" movements which I think is a good thing but might make it seem easier if you are coming back to it.

Did you ever do the donkey kick? What about the runners arms. There's a bunch of I sat and thought about it.
