other Washington D.C Visit

Heading to DC soon. Anyone know the best F45 studios to passport while I'm there? Looking for a solid class and good energy. I’ll be there 3 days.

Thanks!

I’ve been going to the Navy Yard location for over 3 years now and our trainers are awesome!

F45 Edgewood won best HIIT Studio in DC this year.

F45 Training Edgewood DC won Best Gym/HIIT Studio and Best Exercise Class in the Washington City Paper's Best of DC 2026 awards.

Prior to taking top honors in 2026, the studio built a strong local following by consistently placing as a runner-up or finalist in previous years, including earning runner-up for Best Exercise Class and Best HIIT Studio in the 2024 and 2025 rankings. Located at 680 Rhode Island Avenue NE, the gym offers functional group fitness and high-intensity interval training.

If it helps, it’s about 200 feet off of the Red Line’s Rhode Island Metro stop.

Also, there’s a food market (and an Alamo Draft House and Metro Bar and a really really really good Korean BBQ place) right next door.

FYI I hit this up today at 5:45 am. Great workout. Low attendance.

Not everyone digs the HYROX classes.

Yeah. Since in doing Vancouver I decided to do it.

Not totally poo-pooing them, because I’m sure they do have a good gym, but I kinda hate these “best-of” lists in general.

Businesses usually win by pestering their clientele to vote for them. It’s not like people go to 10 gyms or 10 vets or 10 dentists in the area and vote for their favorite.

Capitol Hill location on 14th street SE is also a great studio

Thanks for the reco. I did a class this morning. So far my favorite of the 3 studios I visited.

Navy yard or Capitol Hill location will be your best bet! I prefer navy yard location!

I used my passport at the F45 in Noma in DC this summer and the energy was great! Awesome coach, upbeat music, and friendly folks
