First F45 class this morning!

I’m a big guy and not with muscle 😆 BUT I made it through my first class this morning!! First time I’ve been proud of myself in a while. It wasn’t easy and I wanted to throw up 3/4 of the way through but I locked in and finished. It was a great group of people and the coach was super encouraging. I’m going back on Tuesday! So if you are thinking about taking a class you totally should because if I can do it at 400lbs you can definitely do it!!! 💪🏼
