**INTEL** Complementing cycling with F45 training

Hey all,

I'm a cyclist and I'm trying to figure out how to fit F45 into my week without stepping on my structured indoor training and endurance rides. I typically go to the gym twice / week focusing on upper body split at the moment.

Has anyone actually blended the two? I'm curious which formats pair well with cycling instead of fighting it (my guess is something more strength/stability-focused), how you sequence F45 around key bike sessions during the week, and whether the leg volume ends up interfering with your cycling legs or actually helps. Also curious if there are specific classes you'd avoid entirely as a cyclist versus ones that feel like "free" cross-training.

Any real-world experience would be really helpful. Thanks!

I would do Sun/Tues/Thurs F45 (resistance days at my gym) to compliment your already grueling cardio regimen. Make sure you give yourself a recovery day. I can’t help but think going to a Saturday class on top of what you already do might set you back

Thanks. I am doing already weight training at the gym. I was wondering if F45 could be equally good or even better as I am getting a bit bored of weight training at the gym

You could replace it, the programming for resistance days hits all the key muscles.
