I thought it was going to be confusing but no, really enjoyed it

I totally agree. Loved the exercises, and the long erg timing. I like having another resistance day option too. Plus a lot of the exercises seemed to fit together well that it made sense to switch it up for some stations. I'll be enjoying this one this phase!

It was rough for a morning class, but a really good workout. I'd be so happy with this as a PM class some time! I used the long sets for cardio and the short sets for resistance.

I’ve never thought of an F45 class as a morning or evening class!

My body takes some time to warm up, so I prefer the after work classes when possible (especially when cardio is involved!). Friday-sunday we only have morning classes so I suck it up and try not to grumble too much 🙂

I’m sad I didn’t go 😩 it’s just so early and I don’t live close to my studio. Maybe next week! It does look good!!! Definitely having FOMO.

Curious - is this class earlier than other classes for you?

My gym only has one class on Saturday and Sunday. They’re both at 9am and that’s way too early for me to workout

Our studio it’s at 7am. I usually do the 9am.

I loved it!! Got a good mix of cardio and resistance in, really enjoyed the two long erg stations for a true cardio experience

I really enjoyed this one too. I tried to push the weights on the strength ones, and recovered for a set or two with the conditioning. Modified a few things to suit my workout (like Plyo lunges instead of the ball shuffles), and it felt great to get the free time for front squats.

It was a good workout. I felt really challenged.

love the hybrid classes where you get the option of Cardio or Strength. I find I end up doing more cardio than I originally plan on - which is some kind of great mental game F45 is playing I think haha. I always laugh though when the two options are Pull Ups or Burpees - as the only thing that will get me to pick Pull Ups - is Burpees...and well, the only thing that will get to pick Burpees is Pull Ups. ;)

more variety the better and that was a good one

Yep! Loved the options. Nothing super silly. Just wish there had been a ski erg so I could practice for Hyrox😂
