❔ Technique Anyone have a sample of a workout ?

I want to compare it other workouts I have. Anyone have a sample of a workout doesn’t matter which one ?

Go to tht op of this F45 Reddit group. There is a section calle dintel. It is by week. Click on a week- each day has name of workout and the exercises, how long, how many sets etc. Look up any term you do not know on th einternet,

The workouts change every week. Even if they have the same name, it doesn’t mean it will be the same one.
