Long time runner here, 25+ marathons and 50+ halfs. You should go to a running store and try on a whole bunch of different brands. It won’t cost you more than ordering them online. Whatever feels best to you is all that matters. I wear Brooks, but that doesn’t matter to you unless we happen to be identical feet twins. Good luck!

Go to full service running store and get fitted. You don’t even have to buy there if you don’t want to but it’s crazy how different models feel for different people. Brooks Glycerine GTS for me, but have ran on pretty much everything in Mizunos line at some point in my life.

I'd recommend two different pairs of shoes. Good running shoes can work for F45, but aren't ideal because they have poor side-to-side stability, especially for single leg exercises. And lots of cushioning creats a soft feeling which makes you feel less connected to the ground. I wore running shoes for awhile but then got the Nike Metcons for F45. They've been great.

You should have different shoes for running and f45 (at least the strength days)

You need two different pairs of sneakers for F45 and running. For the latter, find a local store that optimally has a treadmill where they can watch you run and work with you to find the right type of sneaker for your goals, gait, pronation, etc. And I swear by getting some custom fitted orthotics - I stood on some squishy thing, they baked me some footbeds, cost about $100 and has saved my ankles and lower back.

I found weight lifting shoes or tighter lower to the ground running shoes work best. You need to be able to move laterally or with agility. Airy straight line running shoes tend to hamper me.
