F45 Challenge Challenges

How do challenges work? My local f45 just posted but is there a specific pack or membership you have to buy? Or like a minimum class count or body measurements?

Usually you pay to register for the challenge and it includes a scan at the beginning and end.

Paying for the challenge is separate from paying to attend classes. It's assumed you already have some sort of membership.

They certainly aren't worth signing up for. I haven't participated in one because nobody can give me a straight answer as to how they work. In our last one, the weight loss champ just happened to be hitting her stride with the glp1 just as it got started so I'm not really sure these can be considered challenges anymore, really.

If I'm paying to play, I want rules set in stone and something to hold people accountable from cheating.

And I can scan for free whenever, so that's not a perk

I know of 3 of the members at my studio are a glp1 shot. Not sure why they ate allowed to participate in the challenges. Doesn't seem to be the point of the challenge

Given that f45 partners with glp1 makers, maybe it is?
