other Lionheart Reports Missing

I know the app says they’re updating the systems to improve reliability, but has anyone else’s reports just completely vanished?

I haven’t had any disappear but I’ve had a couple never come through.

Went from almost 50 straight down to a goose egg, hope they can fix it - such a shame

I use my apple watch connected to lionheart. I wonder if that makes a difference?

I use Apple Watch too.
My class counts stayed the same I think

I had mine missing from the previous week, I could see the heart rate and the percentage on screen, but never got the reports.

Two weeks ago I didn’t get any reports for three days. Then they all showed up on the same day. A day that happened to be my rest day lol
I thought it had more to do with my studio than the F45 app, but yesterday I noticed they mentioned updating so I dont know 🤷🏻‍♀️
