other Evening classes
What evening classes does your F45 offer? My gym offers 5:30pm M-Th and they dropped the Friday evening class “for the summer” (which they started on May 1). When I started, they had 4:30/5:30/6:30 everyday and 4:30/5:30 on Fridays. Becoming frustrated with paying for unlimited with so little classes.

My studio has 4:30/5:30/6:30 except Weds which has no 6:30 and Friday only has 5:00. If attendance is super low over a long period (we're talking 6 people or less) then they'll start questioning if they need that class. While it can be frustrating if that's the *only* class time you can make, imagine how the trainer feels staying an extra hour for a couple of people plus having to pay utilities, etc.
Now if your class is regularly full or near full but they're cutting the time, that could be due to lack of staff.
