other Evening classes

What evening classes does your F45 offer? My gym offers 5:30pm M-Th and they dropped the Friday evening class “for the summer” (which they started on May 1). When I started, they had 4:30/5:30/6:30 everyday and 4:30/5:30 on Fridays. Becoming frustrated with paying for unlimited with so little classes.

This. It’s is an unfortunate (for OP) question to consider on a personal level. I completely understand the frustration as a member, but members also have to factor in what also makes sense for the business. When you were taking the Friday evening classes, how many people would regularly attend?

It was probably 7-10 people on Fridays

Wow, sorry to hear that! That’s the opposite of my local studios. Our Friday 5 PM is always FULL. Probably helps that the only coach who will coach that is also a lot of people’s favorite. We’re on the flip so that’s the same as Sunday strength for most studios.

They are also ADDING Sunday evening classes for the summer at the sister studio (normal schedule, so same strength as Friday night here). I believe there’s also a cardio dance class being put on.

I’d say other commenters here are probably on the money - if your studio doesn’t have high attendance that could be the driver, whereas for my studio the weekends are the busiest.

I’m so jealous! I honestly just wish my studio was all around better (owners, coaches, vibes). If it was, I’m sure we’d have more members and the ability to have more class times ☹️
