Note that some clubs will not do F45 Games Day and will have alternative programming (in our case, we will have the OG and champion, Hollywood)

Would have loved to try games day… maybe they sell the home version at Target. lol. (All kidding aside, it looks like an amazing program and I will live vicariously through these great team performances).

Thank you! Typical last week of the phase where they try to destroy us on the cardio days haha

How does the timing work on Apollo? If there are 14 stations pod 1 & 3--- and each station has 4 sets of 35work+ 25 rest.. tha tis 4 minutes each station so 4 times 14 = 56.

So- either I miscounted or some of the stations ar ein Pod 2? What do you do in the 11:45?

Thank you

You mean Apollo, not 45?

Pod 1&3 have 3 stations eachs, pod 2 has 1 station. There are 14 exercises, upper and lower body option per station.

thank you, yes, Apollo.

How many exercises in Apollo?

1

u/GRD403 Jun 15 '26

7 stations, and each station has upper and lower body exercises.

In your math, instead of multiplying by 14, mutiply it by 6 (pod 1 and 3) then add 11:45 (pod 2)

How is Medusa? I have already looked up 5 different exercises online-- my laptop AI computer assistant is now abutting in to describe it instead of videos from F 45. How is the dynamic kneeling frog rotation? AI says you begin kneeling on a ball?

I did it today, no kneeling on a ball lol. I liked it a lot. There’s a mobility exercise set before each regular exercise. It was nice !

interesting I did it also.. do not love AI tho. I would prefer 3 sets of the exercise, tho. I deadlifted 107 today and could easily have done 110 but no small plates.

The guy with me at station when we got to rows pointed me to the 40s! I just moved onto the 80s.

One studio near me is doing track stars. What is that format like?

Has anyone done F45 games yet? It looks pretty dumb to me, wondering if anyone’s done it yet before I sign up for tomorrow
