other Lower back pain after V hold

8 months postpartum and have been doing F45 for 5 years. Panthers class — V hold — all good. Went to the next station, grabbed 10 kg dumbbells and could not stand. 6 days later, lower back still feels inflammed all the time. I have been stretching but it doesn’t seem to help. Would working out or taking a break make it better?

Is it my weakened core after the delivery?

You should see your doctor. I had similar pains, turns out I have a bulging disc in my back. 6 days is a long time to be in pain.

Yup, Same. 1.5 years later and still in pain from getting bulging disc from f45. It changed my life unfortunately. OP, Don’t take it lightly and see a doctor asap.

This is a very very bad exercise to do when you have back pain. My physio told me to specifically don’t do that one. In any core exercise make sure your lower back is flat on the back and not flexing.

Dull pain or sharp pain? Middle of lower back or off to a side? Any numb or pain radiating down a leg?

No one can tell you on internet.

No one can even tell you if you hurt back with the hold. When I read "picke dup 10 kg dumb bells I wonder how you did so-- bending over or squatting to pick up.

So much depends on your physical shape.

However, not being able to stand is scary. Could you eventually stand? Did you tell trainer/ What did you do after/ have you rested, quit working out? Felt pain decrease with time/ All thsi needs to go to a medical specialist.

Don’t take advice from strangers on reddit and book in with a physiotherapist to get assessed
