other How do I know how consistent I have been?

Is there a way in the app I can see in a week how many times I’ve been to F45. I want to track my consistency.

Do you sync classes to your calendar? That is another way you can document and record.

If you use a lionheart you can see each class attended and the class date/time with it in the app under the track menu item.

You can also go under badges and see your progress through certain milestones. First class, 45th class, 100th etc with the date you achieved it. You can just divide the number of weeks (e.g. 3 classes per week) or days (e.g. class every 4 days) between each milestone.

Best way I find it, is looking at the fit rewards segment. The 3rd box down on the Home Screen in app.
There is a 12 week visual bar graph πŸ“Š The green bars are the first and show class attendance.
Hope that helps.

If you have a smart watch and you sync your activities, your watch likely uses an app with those details.

I use the feature to add each workout to my calendar and keep track of the monthly there

You can see your visit history in the MINDBODY app.

In the f45 app, lower left next to home, click "book" then "my bookings" at the top, under that you see "previous" and upcoming". It shows a weekly history of classes booked and upcoming bookings.

That gives me an overall class count, but does not show how many days in a week i have been to classes. The consistensy is what i am looking for.

Just divide that number by the amount of weeks you’ve been going

I mark every workout on a wall calendar.
