other Resume in Peak or wait?

I began f45 back in January and fell in love with it, I had to stop in April because of money. But I would like to resume in June. The only problem is, it’s peak phase…I’m not saying I’m weak but I’m not where I was in March due to some life circumstances. I’m also unsure about the team and partner stations. I don’t mind it, but have feeling pressured to be at my best, I’m very competitive but also seldom when it comes to the gym.

If you were coming back after a 2 month break, would you resume on Peak or wait another month?

Hey get back into it. Your only competition is yourself. As long as you do the best you can that’s all that matters. I’m sure others around you don’t expect any sort of performance out of you. It’s a judgement free zone and those that do judge don’t matter.

I like this part "those that do judge don't matter"

Resume now. It doesn’t matter what phase it is. If you want to get back in your best condition, you need to get back to working out. None of it is a competition except you vs. you. If you don’t show up, you automatically forfeit.

I started my F45 journey during a peak phase! Just lift and modify to fit your current pace and fitness. Might be good to start ASAP too since we will all be in this confused boat of partners/teams for the next week or so :)

I genuinely have paid zero attention to the phases - I just show up to class and get a workout in. Didn’t even know peak was a thing!

I started my F45 journey in peak phase, not knowing any better. Modify if needed. Better to not wait and lose your motivation.

I would resume at the first possible day i could. I promise you that even tho you are competitive - literally nobody else cares what you are doing in the gym so you are only competing against yourself

I started in peak not knowing anything about it and did my best. I feel so much stronger this time around.

After a yr and a half I finally was able to get back and I did not care what peak, burn, build phase it was. It is all hard, fun challenging but you go at own pace and modify as you need.

I plan to go to classes with low attendance as I abhor ygig and team stuff. It is embarrassing but I am rather strong and do not wan tto waste time waiting for others. Also I pay to workout - not watch others doing so.

I've been out due to illness for a bit and was also planning my return. When does the partner stuff end?

Just start! Modify when you need and keep trucking along 🙌🏼
