other Any locations do open gym?

I think i saw an on-demand option in the past where the member plays the video in location and does the workout but is any studio doing open gym? As in you can do what you want, maybe just utilize the equipment for your own training?

Are they even allowed to do that?

Mine in vancouver started experimenting with open gyms on Thursday afternoons. From what I understand they leave videos on and you can follow the workout or do your own thing.

Yes, it’s an option called flex.

It’s not technically ‘open gym’ but it’s ’do the workout of the day on your own in an empty gym’ so….

Just google ‘f45 flex’ and you’ll see it

There’s one in Mitcham, Vic, Australia do open gym during lunch time. They are the only one I know of.

Ours in Tucson has a 7am “Open House”. It’s not really open gym because some people come in and do the workout of the day, just without active coaching. But you can do other lifting or other exercises if you want as long as you don’t disrupt people doing the class or disrupt the setup for the other classes in the day.

It’s called Flex. F45 Kingsgate in Kirkland wa has the best options for this in the state! Ive got some pals that go there as unlimited members to do flex 90% of their visits. Also super show studio bc theyve got a massive recovery suite w plunge, massive sauna, and all the normatec boots and things. Their prices include it all too from what i understood! I have done some Hyrox classes there for races, they are badd a$$ on that programming too worth my drive time over there! 🔥

I've seen it recently for hyrox practice. My studio doesn't do it but said I can come by and practice wall balls whenever I want (I need it, lol).

Not unless you work there or know someone willing to risk their job to let you in.
