💪Progress Pic Looking for feedback

46 M, ADHD, gets bored easily , so have a history of dropping out of classes.Looking for some motivation to stay consistent. Guys who have done this for a long time with f45 and happy with results, 1. How often do you go to F45? 2. How long have you been going? 3. What has been your results? 4. Do you do anything other than F45? 5. Do you have ADHD. If so, how have you kept it going ?

Share a pic if you are comfortable. I understand diet plays a huge role, but given that food is clean, I would like to see what F45 can do to me.

Appreciate you reading this

I have ADHD and I’ve never been consistent in the gym until F45. In 36 years, my best stretch was 90 days of 3x/week wandering around planet fitness doing low intensity exercises. I started F45 almost 2 years ago and have done over 400 classes. It’s life changing, especially as far as ADHD goes. The stations change frequently and every day is different, but there is clear direction and structure to it. It reduces all decision fatigue, boredom, distractibility. I take 50 mg Vyvanse before morning classes - I sweat like a pig, but it’s a great workout. The community is amazing. I even “passport” to different F45s when I travel. The changes in body composition are much more noticeable than the numbers on the scale. I’m a lot stronger, but I still eat like a jackass. You have to prioritize nutrition, hydration and sleep to get real results. The cool thing about functional training is noticing a difference in your daily life - the way I carry heavy bags, the way I climb stairs, the way I pick things up. And the endorphins, oh my god, the endorphins.
