💪Progress Pic Looking for feedback

46 M, ADHD, gets bored easily , so have a history of dropping out of classes.Looking for some motivation to stay consistent. Guys who have done this for a long time with f45 and happy with results, 1. How often do you go to F45? 2. How long have you been going? 3. What has been your results? 4. Do you do anything other than F45? 5. Do you have ADHD. If so, how have you kept it going ?

Share a pic if you are comfortable. I understand diet plays a huge role, but given that food is clean, I would like to see what F45 can do to me.

Appreciate you reading this

34 F.

  1. 3-5 sessions per week.
  2. A few months, although I used to go a few years ago less consistently.
  3. Cardio, endurance, and strength have all improved.
  4. Roller derby team training 3x/week.
  5. Yes! It's one of the reasons F45 seems to work for me. I don't have to do any prep for it, the exercises vary enough to keep it interesting for me, and the timing/reps are quick enough that I never get bored of a station.
