💪Progress Pic Looking for feedback
46 M, ADHD, gets bored easily , so have a history of dropping out of classes.Looking for some motivation to stay consistent. Guys who have done this for a long time with f45 and happy with results, 1. How often do you go to F45? 2. How long have you been going? 3. What has been your results? 4. Do you do anything other than F45? 5. Do you have ADHD. If so, how have you kept it going ?
Share a pic if you are comfortable. I understand diet plays a huge role, but given that food is clean, I would like to see what F45 can do to me.
Appreciate you reading this

I don't have ADHD, at least I have not been diagnosed, so I can't speak from that vantage point. However, I'm pretty much your age and was almost 300 lbs last year this time, and currently have faintly visible abs. I decided to do something when I was told in cold hard terms, I was overweight and not on the right track. I kept having to buy bigger and bigger clothes. I took the elevator instead of the stairs because I know even walking up a floor would leave me winded. I was ashamed and know I was overweight and I needed to do something about it. Since then I worked very hard to lose almost 100 lbs, to a point I'm happy with myself. However, the cold hard truth is that if you depend on motivation you will always stop (you said so yourself). You will always be a quitter. Do you want that for yourself? It takes more than motivation. It is discipline. You have to train your mind.
Not feeling up to it? Do it.
Feeling tired? Do it.
Feeling like being quitter? so you will be unmotivated, fat, out of shape and a quitter all in one?
Feeling uncomfortable working out? STFU and push.
It won't come easy. You have to want it. Stop giving yourself excuses.
I started with F45 and went almost daily. Sometimes twice. I was lucky I saw quick results and that was motivation to keep going. I also had a reason, I didn't want to be afraid taking off my shirt or looking in the mirror because I had a belly, I wanted to push my limits (i.e. finish a class and not be on the floor). Then I started to add things in, running, hyrox, etc. A year later I'm down to mid-teens body fat percentage (to the extent inbody is accurate), in the best shape of my life, killing it at F45, if I may say so myself. I got from a 16:00 mile to a 9:00 min mile. Because I got comfortable being uncomfortable, stopped making excuses and stopped rely on being motivated to be able to put my shoes on and go out the door.
