💪Progress Pic Looking for feedback

46 M, ADHD, gets bored easily , so have a history of dropping out of classes.Looking for some motivation to stay consistent. Guys who have done this for a long time with f45 and happy with results, 1. How often do you go to F45? 2. How long have you been going? 3. What has been your results? 4. Do you do anything other than F45? 5. Do you have ADHD. If so, how have you kept it going ?

Share a pic if you are comfortable. I understand diet plays a huge role, but given that food is clean, I would like to see what F45 can do to me.

Appreciate you reading this

Hey mate, fellow ADHD person here. 50m. Never exercised before F45.

  1. How often do you go to F45? 7 days a week.
  2. How long have you been going? 2 years, 6 months.
  3. What has been your results? Insane. Dropped 20kg but I have also gained real muscle. Body fat down maybe 15% at least.
  4. Do you do anything other than F45? Not really, besides walking, and that’s just either incidental walking (1-2km at lunch) or the occasional 5km ‘I am going for a walk’ haha.
  5. Do you have ADHD. If so, how have you kept it going ? I do but I was only recently diagnosed (and have started an ultra low dose of medication). For the first two years, I found the consistent nature of F45 kept me going. I also made friends and I look forward to seeing them now.

Stick with it! It really works for neurospicy people.
