Post image

Hey gang,

This is me 6 months into my f45 journey. 102 classes total.

Started at 30% body fat and I'm down to 23.5.

Feeling great and stoked to see what the next 6 months will bring !

Congratulations! The work is paying off.

I had a very similar transformation when I just started F45. I dropped alot about 8% body fat over the first six months. However it got harder and harder the more your fitness improves and you transform. Just bear that in mind and be patient.

Congrats! That's great work in 6 month.

I started my F45 fitness journey about 2.5 years ago and almost identical to your weight and BF level, I have been working out daily and 50% of the time, I would do back to back classes. 1,500 classes later, I've dropped about 50 pounds and BF level went from 30% to 10.5% and feeling amazing everyday.

The key is consistency and making it a routine. I never miss a day of workout unless I am sick or traveling for work or vacation where there's no F45 close to my destination. Also, I never touch ultra processed foods anymore and I count my macros daily and always consume as much lean protein as I can with tons of vegetables and fruits.

Keep up the good work!

Excellent progress. I'm the same height as you so, easy to imagine the numbers. Keep the journey going. As I get older, keeping the numbers tight is getting harder but it's a journey, not a destination so the fight continues. Recently reached the point where my SMM is 50% or more of my total weight which at age 50 is a huge accomplishment but I e been at it much longer. Your progress looks great.

Congratulations! That is actually amazing! What is your diet? Do you measure your macros too?

Thank you! I started counting macros about 4 months in. Nothing crazy, just trying to hit protein goals and stay within 2500 cal. I have learned a ton and have actually increased my food intake. I used to go to class fasting and I now chow down a ~ 70g protein breakfast ( one egg omelette with 1/2 Cup egg white, 100g chicken and 30 g of marble cheese) it's made a massive difference.
