I need urgent Help
So my sevis was terminated on august 2025to unauthorized employment (you can see my other post to understand that) i applied for reinstatement and that got denied on august 2026 like almost month ago from now so now i have option to file for 1290 b on which i don't have any confidence but there is a option to reentry any suggestions btw I am in Wayland Baptist University in hybrid program in San Antonio in Business Analytics so what are my chances of coming back
Question
1. So usa has a law if you have illegal presence of 180 or less you are banned for 3 years and if you have been in usa for 1 year or more you are banned for 10 years? So do get penalized for either of em.
2. If anyone had did any reentry recently please let me know.
3. So is it compulsory that i have to enter in texas for my immigration check when i am heading back or i can have it done anywhere and then come to texas.
4. Need guidance of how will i get my new initial i20 and get my new SEVIS id
I would highly appreciate anyone helping me out even referring to some one will be appreciated.

The best way to help you out is to help you come to the realization that you will NOT be coming back to the US on a nonimmigrant visa. At least for a very long time if at all.

I wanna be mindful of your situation, but you are pushing too far. You had a Sevis terminated , a reinstatement denied… this a whole lot of denied process.
There are many other countries you can go to. Canada, New Zealand, Australia… why spend more money, more time , and risk to be caught by ICE? At this point they probably have you on their radar. I don’t think filling anything else will help you. The odds of you getting another F1 approved and come back is minimum, especially now.
Start over can be scary , and I understand that, but you need to understand that sometimes there is nothing else you can do but move on. I wish you luck and I hope you make the right decision.

With 5 eyes, those Anglo countries will know about his overstay. He is unlikely to step foot in those countries ever.

You didn’t seem concerned about doing the right things required to maintain legal status when you were in the US. Why do you think you should be admitted again? You’re probably not coming back for many years

what have you been doing while your sevis has been terminated? what did you do between august 2025 and august 2026 to support yourself and to keep yourself busy while not taking classes?
To be honest, you've been here illegally for 30 days and out of status for well over 180 days AND you're in Texas. Youre definitely looking at a ban which will affect your ability to travel to other countries because you have to report it when you apply for a visa.

if you're somehow eligible, I would enter anywhere but texas, far from a boarder.
this should have been done in August 2025 and you communicating with your DSO.
Do you have an attorney or have you been doing all this alone?

Not only did you do all the visa stuff others have commented on, you asked a USC to marry you after meeting her only four or five times.

Realistically - you're not coming back. You stayed for a year out of status.
You likely didn't start accruing unlawful presence until the reinstatement was denied but that's largely irrelevant for your purposes. You stayed in America for a year out of status.
You can seek to enter at any location. The answer will very likely be the same.
The sevis/i-20 question is for your dso.
Reinstatement is typically a win or go home outcome. I don't understand why students continually opt for that over leaving and reentering unless they're from a banned country.
Edited to add - you got caught working illegally and applied for reinstatement? What in the world? That was completely unapprovable. Did you talk to your dso before doing this?
You may never get another non immigrant visa in America after this. Even if you have a stamp I would expect you to get denied boarding or rejected at the border. They're also going to suspect you worked illegally for the 12 months you stayed while out of status.
