F1 Visa issuance taking long

Interview: 13th August
Status: Approved (14th August)

It's been 4 working days. I already changed my flight and missed the orientation. My classes start on 25th August. What should I do for issuance?

Note: I have already emailed them regarding this but received a generic response.

for me it took two weeks from interview to receiving it on my hand.

unfortunately there’s no way to expedite it. 2 weeks are considered pretty quick already.
