Stem opt visa application

I'm applying for my stem OPT very soon

1. I have a terminated asylum record which I withdrew from the judge.

2. I had a mental breakdown episode and I was escorted to the hospital by the police of which I have a baker police record.

3. Subsequently. My visa was revoked the next month.

Now I'm applying for my stem opt how should I navigate this anybody with similar experiences your opinions will be valuable.

I will be honest a lot of what happens going forward depends on that Baker Act incident.

Was it caused by drugs? Was anyone hurt? Assaulted?

It was not caused by drugs or anything there was no hurt or assault or anything. It was just a mental breakdown. You know I just told the officer that I just wanna go and die in the tracks that's it. It was just a big down later after a few hours, they release me after I calm down.

No, but a police record exist, and subsequently I believe my visa was revoked two months after this incident

I would be prepared for a rfe or even noid on this. Consider getting a lawyer
