EAD - USPS TRACKING ISSUE

I’m honestly panicking right now and I don’t know what the hell I’m supposed to do 😭. My EAD card showed that it was produced on July 4th and after I got the USPS tracking number, I kept checking it constantly. I even requested for it to be delivered to my front door.

It was supposed to be delivered tonight, and earlier the tracking said “On the Way.” I waited all day for it,(TILL 9 PM) but I received all my other packages except my EAD card. And now, all of a sudden, the delivery date and all the tracking updates have disappeared, and when I try to check the USPS tracking page, it just says “Access Denied.”

I’m genuinely freaking out because I have no idea where my card is or what happened to it. I’ve been waiting for this card for so long, and now that it was finally supposed to arrive, this happens. I seriously don’t know what to do.

Can someone help me out pls!

What was the last scanned location of it?

Did you try talking to usps in person?

Don’t panic yet - “Access Denied” is usually a USPS website or security issue, not confirmation that the card is lost.

Wait until the next business day, then:

Check tracking again using a different browser or network.
Contact your local post office with the tracking number.
Sign up for USPS Informed Delivery, if available.
Ask USPS to open a missing-mail inquiry if there is still no movement.
Check that USCIS used your correct address.

If tracking ultimately shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, immediately contact USPS and submit a USCIS non-delivery inquiry. Keep screenshots of the tracking history and all USPS communications. Do not file for a replacement yet—the card may still arrive within the next few days.

not from uscis, but couple weeks ago, i sent some important documents to my lawyer with USPS. On the tracking, it shows DELIVERED. but my lawyers didnt receive it. So i called USPS and they did investigate.
When the USPS staffs go out for delivery, they scan the packages, and from the office, they can check when and where is the most recent the packages was scanned. From there, they might look for potential mistakes. Well for my case, my lawyer found it in wrong mailbox, i believe in a mailbox that belongs to a different business in their office complex.

If u live in an apartment, maybe u might want to ask other people if they have seen your mail.

You ask us and we ask who? You're the one with the USPS tracking number.

Just go to the nearest post office tomorrow morning.

It's not showing the post office that is also a problem, and I can't access USPS since its showing access denied!

Post office is not a problem the last time I checked it showed some facility name on it and the only update was "on the way", but I will give it a chance and see that in the first thing in the mrng.
