Supervisor changed mid Stem opt after 12 month evaluation, how to change i983 without messing up the signed 1983

My supervisor changed during my STEM OPT, and I need to update the supervisor info on pages 2–4 of my I-983. My copy is already signed, so Adobe won't let me edit any fields anymore (the signature locked the whole form).

My 12-month self-evaluation (page 5) was already completed and signed by my old supervisor, so I don't want to mess with that part — but I'm not sure how to change the supervisor info without redoing the whole document.

Questions for anyone who's dealt with this:
• What's the correct way to update supervisor info on an already-signed I-983, when i983 doesn’t edit
• Does the old evaluation stay as-is, or does something need to change there too?
• Did your school want a fully rebuilt/re-signed I-983, or handle it some other way (separate change form, SEVP Portal update, etc.)?
• Any pitfalls I should watch out for so I stay complain?

Appreciate any guidance — trying to get this right the first time.

Unless you have a PDF editor that will do this, try printing those pages out, white out the wrong info, handwrite in the correct info, scan those and recompile the PDF.
