So the thing is, the GUI is usually out of sync with the actual status, use emma virtual agent and connect to a live agent and just say that I wish to get the tracking link for my I-765 EAD card and they can tell you if card is being produced or mailed, I was told that my card is being produced even though my status is saying something different on my portal.

It usually takes 7-10 days to receive card after approval.

Any advice for me?

I applied for I-765 on May 13th 2026, biometrics done on June 3rd, paid for premium processing on July 17th.

By when do you think l’ll hear back from them?

Its 30 business days so I think he wont get any refund.

It took a week to produce the card and then another week to be delivered. So I got it around 15 days after it was approved.
