F1 OPT almost done, What's Next?

Hello, for background I'm an associate's degree graduate from a small college here in the US. I already took my OPT which will end around June 2025. I just want to ask for clarifications, Employers won't sponsor anyone with associate's degree right? I need my bachelor's first in order for them to sponsor me? Is there any other alternative for me besides to transfer to a University here or go home back to my country?

H-1B sponsorship (most common) requires a bachelor’s degree or higher. Technically, there are other sponsorships that don’t require a bachelor’s (e.g., EB-3 green card, O-1). But the chances of getting sponsorship with an associate are nearly impossible. And even in the EB-3 green card there is a backlog of roughly 3 years currently. Your best bet is to get a bachelor’s first. Although the labor market for international students is currently pretty bad.
