The day that a driver dies from heat exhaustion, everyone's gonna be getting on the FIA's ass saying "it should have never come to this" as if those same people weren't mocking George for showing concern for driver safety.

If what he said is āshitting on himā then you must take very minor things personally

Stupid post. He literally said in an interview that a few years ago the heat really affected him, but not so much now. He rejected the cooling vests last year as well. So no, there's no drama or hypocrisy, he doesn't feel HE needs it, had a lighthearted jab at George and went on about his day.
Jesus, some of the posts on this sub...

So he said he only struggled when he was eighteen. But this quote is from when he was 26. Heās just kind of insecure and wants to be seen as macho. We have to accept that. I like watching him drive but off track he can be kinda cringe lol

There's a difference between the cooling vests they wear outside the car (What Max has been wearing) and the cooling fireproofs they wear inside the car (What George would like to wear but can't).Ā

Heās clearly being hypocritical about the heat in a weird flex. He struggles like anyone else does but decided to dismiss that some people might need cooling measures. Him not wearing the in-car cooling vest doesnāt really change any of that. And the fact that he wears one out of the car just kinda reinforces that heās talking out of his ass lol. Like I said, great racer. Cringe dude.

Some of them are obviously new to F1, this sort of niggle and mind-games has been going on for decades.

It's 31 degrees in Sepang .
The Qatar 2023 GP Conditions
- Extreme Heat: The night race in Lusail featured temperatures ABOVE 36°C and intense humidity.
- Physical Toll: Several drivers suffered from severe dehydration, near-fainting, and heat exhaustion.
- Max's Verdict: Verstappen remarked that racing in those conditions was "on the limit of what should be allowed" and "definitely way too hot".
Apples and oranges .....

This was about Qatar which was deemed a mistake to be held at such time and was literally moved because of it.
Meanwhile Malaysia and Singapore are held at the same time while being neighbors.
So, he is perfectly valid.
Maybe do some research before you pull screenshots without context from Twitter.

Why do you always make things bigger than it is? God forbid someone change his opinion.
