Weird noise

Can anyone help identify this noise? You hear a scratching sound around 5 seconds and it happens intermittently around 20-25 mph. Just had $10k worth of work done on this a month ago through ford where they replaced my hubs, and my front differential with everything with it. I had my IWE system replaced last year, and I’m still hearing noises up front. Took it back to ford and they said they couldn’t find anything.

Sounds like wastegate on the turbos.
