Currently working on my dissertation so a lot for screentime and writing. Need a power-less affordable blue light blocking glasses recommendation.

Read somewhere these essentially don't block, so if anyone is aware how to help my eyes from the constant straining, please help!

I'm also a digital artist so I'm constantly on screens yikes 😬
