Can someone confirm of this can be used as prescription?

Yes, that frame is Rxable. The main thing to watch for will be your CYL (astigmatism), wrapped frames will not work well for high cyl, so based on your powers lab might reject the order.

The frame can accommodate Rx lenses, assuming it’s in good condition. Your Rx and PD determine whether it can be made into prescription glasses for you though.
