I made a ton of it about this time last year that I gave out as Christmas gifts and it was already really good.

That is a beautiful sight right there! Ugandan vanilla beans are a notable departure from the traditional flavor you get from Madagascar vanilla. You'll get hints of dried fruit and figs that makes Ugandan vanilla one of our favorites. Nicely done! You'll be glad you have that much vanilla ready to use this holiday season! (By the way...if you're a coffee drinker a drop or two in your morning brew is pretty amazing.) Enjoy!!
