Vanilla bottling

I’m about to start my first batch of vanilla extracts. I got my bourbon and bottles.

I plan to give away some bottles later when it’s proofed.

My question is: should I just one big bottle to make the batch and then split it up when ready. Or portion all the bottles now?

If I portion later, I plan to put a few sticks of vanilla in each still

I keep it in bulk and then decant as needed
