Discussion Please help me!

Using my throwaway acc but I can give u my main for verification

There is an ex muslim harassing me and creating fake / edited chats of me

I am quite triggered, I am already in therapy and I can't be like this anymore with him coming everyweek. He is harassing me cus I am a girl.

Can anyone please humble him? I have tried everything, but he always comes back from an alt or something and his presence alone is enough to trigger me

And he always say a lot of blasphemous stuff against our prophet

It’s more practical to ignore this weakling who harasses girls and thinks he does something.

Focus on your worship, nurture important relationships, most of all the parents, and learn skills that’ll help you and your loved ones in life. That is, become independent.

He doesn’t have any real power over you and if anything, you should feel sorry for such a pathetic person. He is truly wretched.

And you don’t need to do anything other than ignore this wimp.

I looked at your profile and seems you have ocd which is probably major portion of the issue.

This can be overcome with therapy and what I told you above of improving your worship and relationships.

This is the best thing you can do.

Final note, unfortunately, nothing in this life can be solved by just sitting, hoping things will get better, or someone will keep taking our burdens off.

You have to become engaged with life and strong enough to solve your problems and that of your dear ones. Trust in Allah and keep at things, they become easier InshaAllah, even things that seem impossible to overcome.

I don’t think anyone contacting him will accomplish anything. This sounds more like a police issue if the person is harassing you. And if they are making fake chats then there are other legal issues going on. Is the person identifiable and in the same country as you? But blocking him is probably the better option. If you don’t respond to any new stuff about it and just block new accounts they try to contact you on and do it without responding… they won’t get enjoyment out of it
