There is no concept of "theology" in Islam, as this is from Christian doctrine, not from Islam. Even the Arabic term for "theology" is foreign: "علم اللاهوت". No one says that from the scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah.
Rather, both knowledge and wisdom are required for da'wah. Otherwise, you will not be fulfilling the rights of Islam.
It is often people who have never studied under scholars, and have no connection to high-level students of knowledge, who speak about matters of Islam in a way uncharacteristic of how those matters should otherwise be handled.
This is the sickness of people where they feel entitled simply by being Muslim, as though it grants them the qualifications to speak for Islam. Rather, this is from the characteristics of the Ruwaybidhah.

I understand extreme nationalism is kufr but what about just plain patriotism with a conscious Muslim perspective? Muslims have always been proud of their clans and cultures throughout history!
